Start with the correct registration page
Open Exness’s official website by typing the address yourself, then use its registration button. Avoid unofficial mirror sites, shortened registration links and unsolicited messages offering to “unlock” access.
Check the spelling of the domain and any browser security warnings. HTTPS encrypts a connection, but a padlock alone does not prove a website is genuine. If your browser reports a certificate problem, stop rather than bypassing it.
If the main website works but registration does not, note exactly what happens: a blank screen, endless spinner, access-denied message or error after submitting the form. These symptoms point to different troubleshooting paths.
Fix common browser and network problems
1. Test a fresh browser session
Reload the page once, then try a private or incognito window. If registration works there, stored site data or an extension may be involved, although private browsing can also apply stricter cookie settings.
- Clear Exness-specific cookies and cached data, rather than deleting all browser data immediately.
- Update your browser and restart it.
- Try another current browser or a second device.
- Avoid opening registration inside a social-media app’s built-in browser.
Do not repeatedly submit the form if the screen stalls after you click “Continue.” First check whether you received a confirmation email or can access an account you already created.
2. Check scripts, cookies and extensions
Registration forms commonly need JavaScript, cookies and security checks to function. Ad blockers, privacy extensions or script filters can prevent these elements from loading.
Temporarily pause relevant extensions only for the verified official site, then reload. If your browser identifies blocked content, review the specific setting instead of disabling security globally. Restore any temporary changes after testing.
If a CAPTCHA is missing or loops repeatedly, try a different browser and connection. Never pay a third party to complete verification or share a one-time code.
3. Switch networks safely
Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or another trusted connection. Workplace, school and public networks may filter trading websites or third-party verification services.
If you already use a VPN or proxy, disconnect it and test again. Shared VPN addresses can trigger security checks, while a mismatch between your apparent location and stated residence can complicate registration. Do not use a VPN to bypass country restrictions.
Interpret errors before retrying
- Blank page or endless spinner: Test browser data, extensions and JavaScript settings first.
- 403 or access denied: A security filter, network rule or location restriction may be involved; the message alone does not identify which.
- 429 or too many requests: Stop repeated attempts and follow any displayed retry instructions.
- 5xx or server error: This often indicates a server-side problem; wait and check official support channels.
- Country unavailable: Confirm eligibility with Exness rather than entering a different residence.
Exness availability depends on your country and the entity serving you. Access to its website does not necessarily mean you can open a retail trading account.
When to contact Exness support
If the problem persists across browsers and trusted networks, contact support through the official website or an existing authenticated account. Ask whether there is a registration incident or an eligibility restriction affecting your location.
Provide the error text, time and time zone, device, browser version and troubleshooting steps. A screenshot can help, but redact personal details. Never send passwords, verification codes or identity documents through an unverified chat.
A loading problem alone is not a sound reason to judge a broker’s trading service. Resolve access and eligibility questions before depositing funds.
Featured alternative: compare Vantage
If Exness is unavailable to you, Vantage is an alternative worth assessing—not an automatic solution to browser problems. The Vantage group includes FCA- and ASIC-regulated entities, but your assigned entity depends on residence and eligibility. Those protections do not automatically apply to every Vantage customer.
Vantage advertises raw spreads from 0.0 pips on applicable accounts and offers MT4, MT5 and TradingView, subject to account and regional availability. Advertised minimum spreads are not typical all-in trading costs: compare commissions, actual spreads, overnight financing and currency-conversion charges.
Before choosing either broker, check the legal entity, available protections, withdrawal terms and platform suitability. A demo account can help you test the interface without committing trading capital.
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Vantage is an advertising partner; we may earn a commission.
